Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Inyou mobile application ("App") operated by Eugeniu Vozoca ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union) to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Inyou Pro is available as a subscription service. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of service for in-app purchases.
We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period. You will be notified of any price changes before your next renewal.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
The App provides inspirational and motivational quotes for personal enjoyment and reflection. The quotes are:
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate attribution, but cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of quote attributions or content.
You may share quotes from the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. When sharing, you agree not to misrepresent the source or claim ownership of the content.
Any preferences, saved quotes, or usage data you create within the App remains on your device. We do not have access to or ownership of your local data.
The App, including its design, features, code, and original content, is owned by Eugeniu Vozoca and protected by intellectual property laws.
Quotes displayed in the App may be in the public domain or used under fair use principles. Attribution is provided where known.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You will not use the App to:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Moldova, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved as follows:

If informal resolution fails, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Moldova, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
